Knowledge Base is the starting point for Axentra Server customers needing support for common questions and problems. To get started, select the category that sounds like it would contain your topic of interest. There you will find topics like, "How to connect to your server from outside your local network," and answers to questions like, "Why can't I print to my network printer?" Topics that apply to more than one category will appear in all relevant categories. Alternatively, you can enter a search term in the search field on the left-hand side of this screen.

Note

The Knowledge Base is a dynamic resource with pages being added over time. As such, there may be some links to pages that haven't been created yet, but will be in the future. You can request that such a page be created by clicking the "Request a page" link at left, or emailing support@axentra.com.

Axentra Server Support Topic Categories

  1. Applications--such as File Manager, Email application, user Settings
  2. Administration--such as Domain Setup, Software Update, Backup & Restore
  3. Network Communication--various connection methods from inside and outside our local network
  4. Network Wiring--how to physically connect your Server with other network devices
  5. Security--securing your server and preventing unauthorized access
  6. Peripherals--network printers, USB hard drives
  7. Client Software--such as Axentra Messenger
  8. ISP Limitations--how to work around some common roadblocks placed by ISPs
  9. Troubleshooting--how to investigate problems
  10. Advanced--getting shell access, root access, etc.
  11. Other--things that don't fit in other categories
