Dr. Adam Chowaniec,
|
Dr. Adam Chowaniec is chair of the Ontario Research and Innovation Council. He is also chairman of the board of directors of Tundra Semiconductor Corporation and executive in residence at Vengrowth Capital Partners Inc. He currently serves on the boards of not only Axentra Corporation, but also Bel Air Networks Corporation, Zarlink Corporation, Liquid Computing, Gridway, and Microbridge Corporations. Dr. Chowaniec has been recognized for his leadership, business excellence and innovation. In 1998, the Ottawa-Carleton Research Institute honoured him with its prestigious Chairman's Award. Also in 1999, he received the Gold Business Person of the Year Award from the Greater Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University (Canada), as well as both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield (England). |

| Mr. Hans Panse, |
Hans Panse is currently Senior Vice President of Product Marketing in the business sector of the new Product and Innovation organization of Deutsche Telekom. He has been with Deutsche Telekom for over 10 years and has gained key know-how in the IP Based Value Added Services which today drive Telekom’s product portfolio for both the consumer and business sector. In the past he has had experience leading an International Company in which he was in charge of all German operations including the international I.T. infrastructure. After completing his University Degree, he worked for 6 years as a research associate at the Bremen Institute for Engineering and Work Science (BIBA) in Bremen, Germany. |

| Mr. Marc-Antoine Benglia, |
Marc-Antoine Benglia is co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Axentra Corporation. Before joining Axentra's Executive team in the spring of 2003, Marc-Antoine served as Chairman and President of Hemera Technologies Inc., a leading digital image content provider and digital image management tools developer he co-founded in 1997. During his tenure at Hemera, Marc-Antoine established one of the largest collections of digital images in the world, amassing more than 1.5 million digital image files sold through web, catalog and retail channels worldwide. A Harvard Business School OPM graduate (Harvard University, Boston, Mass), Marc-Antoine also holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Université Laval (Québec, Canada). |
